HOW TO REACH ROVINJ
Please note that there will be no organized transport for the meeting. Each participant is responsible for arranging his/her arrival at the event.
By plane
The closest airport is Pula Airport which offers direct shuttle buses to the Rovinj city center.
Alternatively, you can fly to Zagreb Airport which offers direct shuttle buses to the Zagreb bus terminal. From Zagreb, we would recommend taking a bus (see the ‘Bus part’)
Trieste Airport could also be an option since Trieste has a direct bus line to Rovinj as well.
Rijeka Airport (Krk island) which offers direct shuttle buses to the Rijeka city center.
By bus
If you land in Pula, a shuttle bus for Rovinj is available.
If you land in Zagreb, a shuttle bus to the Zagreb bus terminal will be waiting for all arriving plane passengers. Many bus lines can transfer you to Rovinj from the Zagreb bus terminal. You can purchase a ticket in advance but pay attention to the terms of use (e.g. ticket printing etc.).
If you land in Trieste, a bus connection can be found from the Trieste bus terminal.
If you land in Rijeka, a shuttle bus will take you to the Rijeka bus terminal. From there, several bus lines operate to Rovinj.

To make a hotel room reservation at the special price, please use the registration form indicating check-in and check-out dates and room occupancy. You will get a notification from the Agency. The reservation is confirmed once the payment is received.
