Registration fees

• Pre-early fee was valid before 15th January 2024, 23:59 CET.
• Early fee is valid for payments made before 15th May 2024, 23:59 CET.
• Regular fee is valid for payments made from 16th May 2024, 00:00 CET.

Registration fee includes:

• attendance to the entire scientific programme (HESI workshop, EEMGS meeting, and the ICAW)
• lunch (23rd-26th September)
• all social events

Accompanying person fee includes:

• lunch (23rd-26th September)
• all social events

No socials fees exclude:

• Welcome reception, Social event, and the Gala dinner.

Cancellation policy

All registration changes and cancellations must be communicated to the organizers in written form (by email).

In case of cancellation of the registration received by 15th May 2024, no cancellation fee will apply.

For any cancellations received by 1st July 2024, a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee applies.

No refund will be given for any cancellations made after 2nd July 2024.

In case of cancellations due to rejection of the submitted abstract, your registration will be cancelled without any cancellation fee. In case of cancellations due to denied VISA applications, the full registration fee minus a processing fee of 50€ will be refunded. To apply for the refund, a proof of timely application together with an official notice from the embassy confirming that a visa could not be granted needs to be forwarded to the organizers by email.

No refund will be given for unattended events. In case of illness or similar a change of attendee name is possible. All refunds will be done after the conference.
