Abstracts

Rules and guidelines for abstract submission

• Please use the template for the abstract submission – download
• The abstract should represent the original work of the authors
• Abstracts must be submitted in English language only
• The abstract should be no longer than 300 words
• Any pictures, attachments or similar are not allowed and will not be displayed
• If necessary, use a maximum of one reference
• State your supporting body, if applicable

Once you have the approval of all authors, please submit your abstract using the form below.

Note that one abstract per one paid registration fee is preferred.

To facilitate the submissions, one team member can upload more abstracts for the entire team attending the conference.

Submitted abstracts will be presented as posters or as talks. The final decision on whether an abstract is accepted as a poster or a talk, or even rejected, will be made by the EEMGS/ICAW 2024 Scientific Committee.

The abstract submission deadline is 1st May 2024.

Presenting your work

EEMGS New Investigators and Erasmus+ project RALDE have teamed up to present a series of webinars entitled: The Art of Scientific Presenting. They will be focused on how to improve short talks, poster presentations, Q&A sessions, and preparation essentials. It could be helpful to win you the 2024 EEMGS Best Poster or Talk award. Save the following dates: May 23rd, May 31st, and June 14th 2024 at 2 pm CET.

Your participation is free, even for non-members, and is not restricted to early-career scientists. You are all welcome to register here.
