For the ICEM 2026 meeting, several travel grants of 500 € will be available and will be supported by the EEMGS.
Applicants should be members of NI affiliated group for at least 6 months before the meeting (join; https://eemgs.eu/affiliated-groups/new-investigators/join-the-eemgs-ni/). Eligible NI members are early-career scientists still within 8 years of postdoctoral experience or equivalent, excluding approved career breaks.
Applications should be made to the EEMGS President together with:
- the abstract of the applicant
- a short curriculum vitae (maximum 2 pg., please indicate number of publications, number of citations, and top 5 journals your papers were published – to enable blinding of application)
- a motivation letter
Recipients of travel grants are expected to attend the entire meeting and write a short report with their personal view of the Meeting for publication on the EEMGS website and social media.

The winners of the Travel Grants will be announced no later than March 15, 2026, and will be notified by email.
