EXHIBITION
The exhibition will be placed close to the meeting rooms and refreshment. The stands will be assigned in order of level and then on “first come, first served” basis. All rental of equipment such as booths, carpets, furniture, technical or electrical installations etc. has to be ordered and will be charged separately.
Each exhibitor will be contacted directly by the appointed exhibition coordinator and will receive Exhibition Manual with all conditions of the exhibition and necessary support.
All bellow mentioned prices do not include VAT.
