Rules and Guidelines for Abstract Submission

• The abstract should represent the original work of the authors.
• All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English only.
• Abstract cannot exceed a limit of 300 words (excluding title, authors and affiliations).
• The abstract should only contain information that is included in the main presentation and should provide a condensed version of what you will be presenting. Please provide the background information or context for your research as well as the particular issue you are studying. Include the purpose and reasoning behind your study or presentation topic, as well as the reasons it is significant and the question that your research has solved. Briefly summarise your conclusions, findings, and/or arguments. In brief describe your results, findings or arguments. Finish with a conclusion or take-home message.
• Figures, graphs, images, or diagrams are not allowed and will not be displayed.
• If necessary, use a maximum of one reference.
• State your supporting body, if applicable.
• Once you have the approval of all authors, please submit your abstract using the Online Abstract Submission Form.
• Note that one abstract per one paid registration fee is preferred.
• To facilitate the submissions, one team member can upload more abstracts for the entire team attending the conference.
• Submitted abstracts will be presented as posters or as talks. The final decision on whether an abstract is accepted as a poster or a talk, or even rejected, will be made by the EEMGS/CSSMC 2025 Scientific Committee.
• The authors are responsible for the content and the language quality of the abstract.
• An automatically generated confirmation will be sent to the presenting author’s e-mail address. If you do not receive it within an hour, first please check your spam folder and then contact us at e-mail address info@on-line-form.eu.
• If changes need to be made to your submitted abstract, please contact us at the e-mail address above at any time before the deadline. Please do not submit the abstract more than once.
• Authors will be notified of the acceptance via e-mail.

Author’s Registration

Please note that registration of the presenting author is mandatory.

If the presenting author has not registered and has not completed the payment of the registration fee, the presentation may be withdrawn from the programme.

Publication of Abstracts

Authors of submitted abstracts agree with the publication of their abstract in the Book of Abstracts.
